Sierra Nevada Job Corps is currently looking for a Building & Grounds Worker who will be responsible for assuring all buildings and grounds equipment is kept operational and assigned areas are maintained in a neat and clean condition, in compliance with management directives. Job Duties
Repair, Maintain and Assure that All Buildings and Grounds Equipment is kept operational.
Perform General Cleanup and Maintenance of Grounds to include Lawn Service, Removal of Debris, Tree Limbs, etc.
Operate all Grounds Equipment and Machinery to include Front End Loaders, Tractors, Lawnmowers, Edger and Snow Removal Equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
One year related experience
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Apply online atEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
