As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide support to other departments as needed Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour If you are a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support, we would love to hear from you.
