Requirements:
Time management and ability to meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills Must have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Problem-solving and decision making Proactivity and self-direction Must have experience in multifamily.
Interpersonal skills Ability to get along with multiple personality types and best represent Kromer Investments culture and vision.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound judgements.
Analytical abilities are sufficient to handle most complex clerical functions.
Create regular reports and update internal databases Manage phone calls and emails Respond promptly to emails and queries Facilitate internal communication Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions Review and recommend changes to our company policies Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work Job Type:
