Responsibility:
Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time.
Activities:
Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
Manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.
Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports.
Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external customers.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Provides onsite support to office locations Plans and participates in employee events.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in supporting Managers or Executive level or Events.
Proficient at Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the majority of Microsoft Office.
Must be dependable and able to handle all Executive/Manager matters in a confidential manner.
Needs to be organized, high energy, polite, a good listener, self-starter with good work ethics as well as interacting in a professional manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Friendly and professional demeanor Quick learner, gets the job done quickly and accurately.
The ability to create forms, and flyers.
Must be Tech-savvy.
