Electrician (Monday through Friday 8:
00AM -4:
30PM) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains and repairs electrical equipment including, but not limited to substations, power distribution panels, lighting panels, generators and motors.
Label circuit wiring, test and monitor equipment for compliance with engineering specifications, and identify operational problems.
Installs, trouble shoots, maintains and repairs industrial electrical equipment including, but not limited to, power distribution switches and panels.
Assists other technicians in the performance of maintenance activities and/or provides training/guidance.
Records/logs scheduled inspection reports of the operating equipment, fixed building equipment and building structures, maintenance, repairs and other records and schedules.
Follows federal, state and local electrical and building codes when planning and conducting work.
Adheres to all operational, loss prevention and safety standards which includes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Performs other duties, as assigned.
