This position will be for an onsite Construction Superintendent.
Position will be based in the Western United States region.
This is a varying hourly position, pay range is typically from $145,000 - $175,000 per year depending on experience.
Applicants will need to have the following qualifications in order to be considered.
Required
Qualifications:
Must maintain a valid Driver's License Pass an initial background check and drug test.
Minimum 7
years of experience as a superintendent/foreman in earth retention, retaining walls, soil mixing and/or foundation drilling projects.
Hole diameters from 3 to 36 for vertical drilling.
Horizontal drilling up to 150' depth.
Technical Knowledge associated with soil nail/tie-back operations, caisson drilling methods, jet grouting, micropiles, and shotcrete.
Proficient in heavy equipment operation Extensive knowledge in operating & maintaining large foundation rigs, tie-back drills, dual rotary, grouting and concrete equipment etc Being able to run & manage up to 20-man crews Highly Proficient in reading and comprehending project Plans and Specifications Proficient in Microsoft WORD and Excel Ability to stay calm and collected during a high stress environment 15
years in Heavy Civil Construction Skills or Certifications to help your chances (not required):
NCCCO certified Class A CDL is a plus ACI Nozzleman (Vertical and Overhead) Position expectations:
Maintain great relationships with our clients Hire and train crews for specific tasks.
45-70 hours per week Create and review project schedules.
Estimating and costs breakdown analysis for change order(s) Review and address items as related to production goals, manpower, or equipment.
Implement daily/project total goals and budget requirements.
Support projects by determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities needed, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
Work with foreman(s) and key personnel to ensure proper care of equipment and the necessary reporting and documentation to maintain equipment Participate as a contributing team member, and work towards the success of Rock Supremacy as a whole.
Work as a team and communicate openly and consistently with all clients, inspection/engineering firms, management and fellow colleagues to discuss aspects of the project, clarify the tasks, or gather ideas.
