Job Description
Promotes a positive work environment and directs employeesin theday-to-day operations within the Pressroom, ensuring accurate and seamless operations across shifts, departments, and with vendors in order to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Uses sound management principals and techniques to manage and develop manufacturing plans, talent, skills and processes. Establishes a safe and compliant workforce by demonstrating safe working practices andholding all employees accountable. Maximizes equipment and human resource capabilities to ensure productivity levels remain high. Monitors quality and delivers outstanding customer service. Manages and implements change to ensure continuous improvement. Follows positive employee relations practices and regularly provides feedback and motivates employees. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
Demonstrated strong interpersonal,communication, facilitation, organizational and administrativeskills to interact with all levels ofplant personnelrequired. Demonstratedability to recognize issues and utilize problem solving skills to gainpositive outcomes. Good computer skills and familiarity with RRD, or comparable systems used for tracking and reporting data.
Required Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Prior supervisory and RR Donnelley Pressroom experience strongly preferred. Gravure printing background preferred. Continuous improvement experience such as lean manufacturing, PVR, Six Sigma, 5s, etc. a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
