Atlantis is looking for a Guest Service Representative.
Repsonsiblities will include:
Check guests in and out of the Hotel
Assist guests with reservation issues, including making Hotel reservations
Answer phones as well and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Represent Atlantis; answer questions and provide general information about the property
Settle accounts / folios for guests
Technical Skills:
Proficient in computer skills, experience with LMS a plus
Able to handle large amounts of cash accurately and calculate percentages
Able to sell and promote the property and all its outlets
Able to read and analyze guests folios and Hotel reports
General knowledge of office equipment
Raise and maintain Atlantis Guest Service skills to established four diamond standards
Increase Hotel revenue through commissionable opportunities
Work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
